  • Your results will be shared with your line manager to enable valuable conversations that support your development and ensure your activity is aligned with your company's strategic goals.

  • We suggest you answer the questions quickly but accurately and not to overthink. Your first reaction is probably the best.

  • Do a new self-assessment every 3-6 months. This refreshes the themes to focus on, and you can see how your capability is developing over time which can be deeply satisfying.
